windows of opportunity
In a joint project between Birmingham Library, property developers Argent and the University of Central England (now BCU) we designed and created window graphics to set off photographs by Kristin Lyggensen of students of Birmingham Conservatoire.
The windows are on part of Birmingham’s controversial Central Library facing one of the City’s main squares and on the main route to the Conservatoire’s entrance.
They were originally put up as a temporary contribution to UCE/BCU’s annual New Generation Arts Festival but they have proved popular and are still enhancing the space next to the Town Hall.
